HOW TO REPOST IN FACEBOOK:
How to repost on Facebook: I enjoy sharing posts on Facebook. Especially on my lazy days. You know those days when you do not want to type ‘What is on your mind’, but upon scrolling through your timeline, you encounter something that really expresses how you are feeling?
Sharing posts on Facebook is not the same as copying a post and pasting on your Facebook page. The former is legal as it gives credit to the original post, while the later can be considered plagiarism or stealing of intellectual content, especially if you omit a mention of the originator of the original post. Besides, it is faster to use the share option provided by Facebook than to copy and paste
Let’s get started…
Step 1: You will have to log into Facebook
Step 2: Scroll through your timeline, the Facebook page or a Friend’s profile page, to find the post you wish to share.
Step 2: Beneath the post, you will find some options available to you, including the share button. Click this.
Step 3: As I mentioned earlier, there are several options available to you when you wish to share a post. If you simply wish to have the post available on your timeline, click the ‘share this post’ option. If you want only specific person(s) to access the post, click ‘send as message’ where you will be directed to your friend’s list to select the user(s) you wish to send to.the last option available to you, is the ‘share external’ option; with this you can share a Fcaebook post with friends on WhatsApp for instance.
Step 4: At this point, a dialog box will be displayed that prompts you to compose a post as an addition to the one you are sharing. This is absolutely optional.
Step 5: Click the ‘share’ button to repost!
When I get to share posts on my timeline with my Friends on Facebook, it gives me double feeling of sharing a glimpse of my opinion on certain matters, and if it is an advertisememnt or a notice, I always feel like an important entity in the chain of information transfer. I hope you enoy sharing posts as much as I do.
